Denovolab provides support to both our Community version user and Licensed user. We have support staff working 24 by 7 to assist you in answering you all questions you need to know. The only difference is that for Licensed user, we will provide installation support, server monitoring and live hands-on assistance in managing your switch. For Community version user, Denovolab provides details on how to configure our switch via Live Chat, Ticket System, and Google Group.
